Emergency Repairs include:

  • Gas Leak

  • Blocked or broken toilet (flooding etc)

  • Fault/damage likely to cause injury

  • Burst water service

  • Serious roof leak

  • Electrical shock/fault

All emergencies must be phoned through to the office as soon as possible and then formalised in writing.

How do I organise maintenance and repairs?

If something needs repairing, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll speak to the landlord, get approval on quotes, and then work with you to make sure this happens promptly.

IMPORTANT: In the event of an emergency or urgent maintenance, please be sure to contact us first. We have access to on-call, professional tradespeople who can help, providing a proven high quality and economical solution.

How do I apply for a rental property?

At Habitat Property Agents, we take the role of tenant selection seriously. We want you to find the perfect property and feel at home, and we want our landlords to have the perfect tenants!
